ALS 2002 Discover Kakadu – Discover You

Since 1995 Sands Promotions has worked closely with Amway on major travel incentive programs for their network of Independent Business Owners.

In recent years destinations have included a Caribbean cruise, Whistler in BC, Canada and Hamilton Island off the coast of Queensland. Without doubt the most ambitious project to date has been the Amway Leadership Seminar 2002 staged at The Ridge, Northern Territory.

ALS 2002 was a sales incentive to reward Independent Business Owners from Australia and New Zealand with a never to be forgotten outback experience with a difference.

A five star habitat resort was created to cater for 1,000 qualifiers over a two-week period. From this base guests visited

Kakadu, Litchfield National Park and Katherine Gorge accessing these destinations in a fleet of 150 4WDs. Daily activities at The Ridge included Tai Chi, jogging, bush walks, hot air ballooning, rock climbing and abseiling.

Our brief was to create, design and supply all the promotional merchandise for the welcome packs plus uniforms for the 148 camp staff.

Our involvement included Sands Promotions staff being on site to manage this aspect of the event for our client.
